Only spring salt is sourced from a pristine spring 10,000ft in the Andes Mountains - far from human pollution. Each of the 100% compostable packets contains 1.5oz of hand harvested spring salt. This coarse grained salt has a sweet finish with a subtle saltiness due to its high mineral content.
Each packet lasts 1-2 months. We recommend use with a salt grinder.
